1 1/4 C all purpose flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/8 tsp salt

1/2 C butter, softened

1/4 C granulated sugar

1/2 C honey

1 C semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine flour, soda and salt and mix well. In another bowl, beat butter, sugar and honey together with a mixer at medium speed. Beat until light and fluffy. Add the flour mixture and mix. Add chocolate chips. Do not overmix. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until golden brown.

Since this recipe has no eggs in in, it is safe to eat the raw dough. That was the main reason we made this dough. And, of course, I always added double the chocolate chips.
