½ C sugar
¾ C finely ground walnuts
1 C soft butter

Mix and chill for 2 hours. Roll out 1/8 inch thick. Cut into smaill circles (I use a bottle cap, it depends on how big you want the sandwich cookies to be). Back 375 for 7-10 minutes. Frost with chocolate frostings and put two sides together to make a sandwich type together.
