1 can of Spam, put through food processor until ground
¼ cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Add about ½ cup mayonnaise to a spreading consistency (like ham salad consistency) and spread on hamburger bun halves. Put under broiler until a bit brown on top.

THIS IS ONE OF YOUR DADS MOST UNFAVORITE RECIPE!!!!!!!!

True Story: When Grandma Crary made this recipe for dinner. Your dad would have to sit at the table and eat them. However when Grandma and Grandpa would leave the table, dad would quickly run down to the basement and throw the spam burger behind the oil tank. When the oil tank needed be removed, well you can guess what they found ! LOL
