1 good size green cabbage
2 lbs. hamburg
½-1 cup rice
Large grated onion
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
2 8 oz. tins tomato sauce
Juice of 2 lemons
½ cup brown sugar
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Separate cabbage leaves - remove core and soften the cabbage in a pot of boiling water. Remove quick and lay each leaf on the counter. Fill each with a generous amount of filling. Roll each one up, starting at the core end and tucking in sides as you roll. Place each in a large oven pot. Sprinkle with brown sugar.

Bake at 350º, covered for 1 hour and uncovered 2 more hours.

Serve with sour cream.
