Ingredients:  
1 c (2 sticks) butter, softened
2 c flour
1/3 c sugar
1 tsp water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 c nuts (I prefer pecans)
Powdered sugar to coat cookies

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Cream butter then add sugar and mix well.
Add water, flour, vanilla and nuts.
Mix thoroughly.
Roll into balls or shape into crescents. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Cool completely on a wire rack. Place powdered sugar in a Ziploc bag or large bowl and gently toss cookies to coat.
