2 tbsp. butter or margarine
2 tbsp. Flour
Milk
2 cans of tuna fish in water, drained
1 can of peas

Lays plain potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Make roux. melt butter and add flour and cook until gulden brown. add cold milk a little at a time while stirring to make smooth after each addition. simmer a couple minutes.

Add tuna and peas. Stir until mixed.

Serve like dip with potato chips.
