1-C baking Flour
2- tsp Baking Powder
¼- tsp salt
¾- C White Sugar
1½- Tbsp Cocoa
½- C Milk
2-Tbsp melted Butter
1- tsp Vanilla
½- C Chopped Walnuts or Chopped Pecans (optional)
Topping
½- C White Sugar
½- C Brown Sugar
3- Tbsp Cocoa
1- C cold water

Directions:

Mix together all dry ingredients, stir in milk and add melted butter, vanilla and mix in nuts. Pour batter into well greased 8" x 8" square deep baking dish. (batter is thick)
Add topping: Mix together sugars and cocoa and sprinkle evenly over cake batter. Pour cup of cold water over cake. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. When done cake will be on top with pudding mixture on bottom.
Serve warm or cold with Ice Cream or Whipped Cream.
