2 tsp baking powder
1tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 C flour
6 tbls melted butter or crisco oil
3 lrg eggs separated
2 C buttermilk


Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks add 1 c buttermilk

Mix flour baking powder baking soda and salt then add 1/2 to mixture beat well add the rest of milk beat then add the rest of the flour mixture beat well add butter/oil.

Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites
Add more buttermilk if too thick

Cook and enjoy
