¾ c. Sugar
¾ c. Brown Sugar
1 c. Shortening
2 Eggs
¾ c. Milk
4 c. Flour
½ tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream together sugar, brown sugar, and shortening.
2. Add baking soda, baking powder, salt, nutmeg and vanilla.
3. Add milk and eggs.
4. Then slowly add flour.
5. Roll out your dough using a rolling pin to thickness?
6. Create shapes using cookie cutters and layout on a cookie sheet. (greased or no?)
7. Bake @ 375º for 5-10 minutes (depends on oven) so keep checking...remove from oven when still soft to the touch.
