3 cups cooked minute rice
Sugar to flavor rice
Large can crushed pineapple, drained
3 cups mini marshmallows
1 small jar maraschino cherries, cut in half or fourths and drained
1 cup finely chopped nuts. (black walnuts are awesome)
1 pint heavy whipping cream, whipped

Directions:

After rice is cooked, cool and sweeten with sugar to taste. Mix all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Make sure everything is drained well so it will be thick and not soupy.

This dish was a holiday tradition in our family. Grandma Trotter would make this every year at Thanksgiving and Christmas. I just loved this dish.
