Grandma's Zucchini Squares Recipe

2 medium zucchini shredded
12 oz sausage
1/2 C diced onion
4 lg. eggs - beaten
1/2 C parmesan grated
18 crushed Ritz crackers
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
dash of pepper
2-3 cloves of garlic - minced
1 C shredded cheddar cheese or 2/3 C bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Saute sausage with onion and garlic - drain
Mix all other ingredients together except for the cheddar cheese
Combine with sausage mixture
Bake in 7x11 pan at 325 for 25 minutes
Pull from oven and add cheddar cheese and bake an additional 15 minutes
Cool for 10 minutes and cut into squares
