2 sticks butter, softened
2/3 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 2/3 c flour
1/4 c cocoa powder
1 c pecans, finely chopped
1 bag Hershey Kisses
1/2 c powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, sugar and vanilla until creamy. Combine flour and cocoa, then gradually add to creamed mixture on med speed until blended. Add in pecans and beat until incorporated. Refrigerate dough for an hour or until firm enough to handle. Unwrap kisses. Grabbing a small portion of dough, press thumb in center, creating a well, add the kiss, then wrap the chocolate completely with dough, forming a ball. Place on cookie sheet. Bake in 375º oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for a minute before removing from cookie sheet to wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, roll balls in powdered sugar. Roll in sugar again before serving. Store in air-tight container. Makes about four dozen cookies.
