1 Cup butter
1/2 Cup icing sugar
1/4 Cup corn starch
1 1/2 Cup flour
1tsp vanilla (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Whip butter until fluffy
Mix in the vanilla
Mix in the sugar
Mix in the corn starch
Mix in the flour
Beat on low for 1 minute
Beat on high for 3 minutes
Drop by teaspoon, approx. 2 inches apart
Bake at 350F/175C for approx. 15 mins
