Ingredients: Best Made in a 8x10 Glass Baking Dish
CRUST: ½ Stick Butter ½ C White Sugar 1 pkg. Graham Crackers (Finely Crushed)
BOTTOM: 2 (8 oz.) Packages of Cream Cheese 1 C White Sugar 3 tsp vanilla 2 eggs
TOP: 1 12 oz. carton of Sour Cream 2 tsp. of vanilla ¾ C White Sugar
1 can of Wilderness Cherries (optional)

Directions:Baking Dish Prep: Either spray with non-stick spray or melt small amount of butter in the bottom of the dish and coat all surfaces.
Crust: Melt butter and mix in with sugar and finely crushed graham crackers. Pack onto the bottom of baking dish, in an even layer. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
Bottom: Combine and beat until smooth. Layer on top of previously made crust layer. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes.
Top: Mix all ingredients and do final bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
Let cool completely and top with cherries (Again, Cherries are optional) |

Notes: This is a recipe that has made its way down through our family and now it is available for yours! This came from Beckett Good's Great Grandma (Nanny)'s Personal Cookbook, so she always put in her extra love. She made this cheesecake primarily for the holidays, but it is so delicious you can have it anytime of the year. Very lightweight cake for being a cheesecake. Enjoy from our family to yours!
