2 ¼ cups flour
1 ½ cups Sugar
1 cup butter
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. Salt
1 tbsp vanilla
1 ½ cups seedless raisins
2 tbsp. grated orange peel
Directions:
Directions:
Measure all ingredients except raisins and orange peel in bowl. Mix at low speed until moist. Increase speed to meadium and beat for 2 minutes. Stir in the raisin and orange peel.

Drop by tablespoon on greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake 15 minutes or until golden, at 375º.
