1 to 1.5 Lbs ground beef or mix of mostly ground beef & some ground pork
1 small can of tomato Sauce
3/4 cup oatmeal uncooked
1 envelope of French onion soup mix
1 egg
1/2 onion chopped
Ketchup if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sauce, soup mix, and egg. Add to meat & oatmeal and mix well. Share into loaf or put in loaf pan. Bake about an hour at 350º All measurements are approximate sometimes put ketchup on the top before baking can also add chopped onion, celery, carrots, peppers, or whatever if you want.

Good served with Potato salad. Good leftovers too. (Per Grandma) but I prefer mashed potatoes.
