2 onions (chopped in large pieces)
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
salt and pepper
Garlic Powder
mint extract (start with 1 tablespoon and add as needed)
1 small can of whole Tomates
fresh Green beans
Potatoes
Zucchini

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chopped onions in olive oil until soft. Add Tomatoes, using a stainless steel spatula, chopping up and seasoning with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add mint extract. Add green beans and cook until tender. Add cut up potatoes and finally zucchini. Cook til desired doneness, correcting seasoning as you go.
