4 beaten eggs
1 tsp salt
2½ cups sifted flour

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine beaten eggs and salt. Add flour gradually until dough forms. Knead for 5 minutes.

On a floured board roll out dough to ⅛" wide square.

With a greased knife cut into ½" wide strips, cut strips in half. Place these strips on wax paper and let stand 1 hour.

Drop strips into 3 quarts salted boiling water.

Cool 10 to 15 minutes or until done as desired.
