1 cup shortening (some margarine can be added)
¾ cup sugar
1 egg
2¼ cup flour
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp baking powder
1 tsp. almond extract
Green coloring
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, adding sugar gradually

Add unbeaten egg, sifted dry ingredients, flavoring and food coloring and mix well

Fill cookie press - form cookies on ungreased cookie sheet

Bake 10 - 12 minutes at 400º
