¾ Cup Shortening - part Butter
1½ Cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs - well beaten
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 Pkg. Dry Mince Meat - broken
4 Cups Flour
Directions:
Directions:
Roll thin & cut or press out with glass dipped in granulated sugar. Bake at 375º for 8-10 minutes.
