10 pounds dill pickles from farmers market
7 cups water
1/2 cup pickling salt
1/2 cup vinegar
3 cloves of garlic for each jar
1 jalapino pepper ring and yellow pepper ring per jar
bunches of dill from farmers market

Directions:
Directions:
Fill jars with washed dill weed and seed, washed pickles, garlic and peppers.

Make brine in large pot and boil, water, pickling salt and vinegar.

Put new lids in water and boil.

Once brine is ready fill jars, wipe top of jar then place lid and screw cap on jar fingertip tight.

Place in canner of boiling water covering jars for 15 minutes to can properly.

Remove from canner, place on cupboard and wait for lids to pop, redo any jars that
have not sealed in canner. Leave for 24 hours after lids popped and place in cool
cellar or fridge. Wait for 6 weeks before opening jars.
