1 pound Fleishman's Sweet Margarine
5 cups flour
2 cups of ice water
Crisco
3-pound DRY cottage Cheese (squeeze out excess water with cheese cloth)
¼ [pound butter
9 egg yolks
1 cup of sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and margarine together and add ice water. Mix well to make the dough. Roll out on paster cloth to 25 x 30 ". Brush on Crisco on the dough. Fold the dough to middle from bottom and then fold over to middle from top. Fold the dough from the right side to the middle and then the left side to the middle. Place dough into a plastic bag and freeze for 30 minutes. Remove dough and roll out to 25 x 30. Brush Crisco onto the dough and fold dough the same as before. Place dough into bag and freeze for 30 minutes. Remove dough and roll out again. Brush Crisco and fold over as above. Place into the bag and free dough for 24 hours. Take out the next day. Roll out dough to 25 x30. Cut dough into desired shapes. Fill with cheese filling or fruit preserves. Bake at 350º till lightly brown.

Cheese Filling: Mix together cottage cheese and butter and mix thoroughly. In a bowl mix together egg yolks. Add sugar and mix till blended. Add this mixture into the cheese and butter mixture and mix well.
