1 c powdered sugar
1 c butter, softened
1 egg
1 t vanilla extract
½ t almond extract
2⅓ c flour
½ t salt
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. In a large bowl, combine powdered sugar and butter and blend well. Stir in remaining ingredients and blend well. Fill a cookie press with a small amount of dough into desired shapes onto an ungreased cookie sheet. If desired, you can decorate the cookies with sprinkles and colored sugar crystals at this point. Bake 6-8 minutes or until set but not browned. Immediately remove from cookie sheet.
