Cookie Dough:
2 lbs Flour
1 lb Sugar
1 lb Margarine
1 tsp Vanilla
4 Large Eggs

Filling:
1 lb Almond, ground
1 lb Sugar
1 tsp Almond Extract
1 oz Butter
4 Egg Whites

Frosting:
Powder Sugar
Lemon Juice
Water
Food Coloring

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Mix all cookie dough and form into a ball - may need to use judgement.
3. Put in fridge while making filling
4. Mix all filling ingredients into a paste.
5. Roll dough and use a template to cut out
6. Place on pan, dab water on edges, place filling in middle, cut another piece of dough from template and place on top.
7. Place in oven for 20 minutes until golden. Let cool.
8. Mix frosting together and decorate cookies.
