Brownies
1 1/2 Cups Flour
2 Cups White Sugar
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Cocoa (8 Tbsp)
Mix Together Dry ingredients
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
4 Eggs
1/2 Cup Cold Water
1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts (Walnuts or Pecans) Optional


Icing for Brownies

2 - 3 Squares of Unsweetened Chocolate
Melt in a Double Boiler
Add 2 Cups of Icing Sugar
Beat an Egg and 3 Tbsp of Butter and 1 Tsp of Vanilla in a Bowl;;
Pour in chocolate mixture in Double Boiler and mix together

Grease and Flour Pan
Mix with Mixer, Do Not Over Beat
Bake at 350 º for 35 - 40 minutes

Icing for Brownies
Melt Unsweetened Chocolate squares in a double boiler

Pour over Brownie while it is still warm.
