3 bananas, mashed
1 cup butter
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 small container apple sauce
1 cup flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1 cup quinoa flour or flakes
2 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup toasted pecans
2 tbsp chia seeds
4 tbsp pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp wheat bran
1 cup raisins, plumped (optional)
1 cup cranberries
1/2 cup coconut
2 tbsp sesame seeds
4 tbsp sunflower seeds
2 tbsp flaxseed meal
1 apple, chopped (optional)

2 cups mini chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º

Cream butter, add sugar, eggs, vanilla, honey, coconut oil and apple sauce.
Mix until incorporated.
In separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients. Add to creamed butter and mix well.

I like to split the batter in half.
Add the cinnamon, apples, raisins, cranberries to one bowl.
Add chocolate chips to other bowl.

Drop by rounded spoonful on cookie sheet. Bake for 10-20 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.

Let cookie rest on cookie sheet for 5 minutes then transfer to rack to cool.
