1½ cup shortening
2 cups sugar
4 cups flour
4 cutps oatmeal old style
1 cup of milk
4 eggs
2 cups raisins
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of cocoa
3/4 cup of hot water

Mix ingredients, and drop by soup spoon on cookie tin
Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes
