2 sticks butter softened
½ c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 T. baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
3 cups flour
1 11.5 oz. pkg Guittard milk chocolate chips
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar with electric mixer until light. Add vanilla. Mix
flour, baking powder and baking soda then gradually add to butter mixture.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Using your hands, roll rounded tablespoons of dough into one inch
balls.Place on ungreased cookie sheets and bake at 350ºF for 13-15 minutes.
Cookies will still be pale. Let stand 2 minutes before removing from cookie
sheet. Dust all cookies with as much powdered sugar as you desire.
