5 cups diced rhubarb
4 cups sugar
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 - 3 oz pkg strawberry jello

Directions:
Directions:
Mux rhubarb and sugar together and let stand for 2 hours. Then boil for 15 minutes. Add crushed pineapple. Remove from stove and add jello. You can use any flavor. Put in sterile jars and seal. Makes 3 pints.
