1 cup mashed bananas
2 eggs
½ cup carnation evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
½ cup margarine
½ cup shortening
1 tbsp of vinegar
1 tsp of vanilla
3 cups of flour
1½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, cream shortening and margarine together; add sugar and eggs. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Drop by spoonful, 2 inches apart onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes.

2½ cups of icing sugar
2 tbsp butter
¼ cup of carnation evaporated milk
¼ tsp of vanilla

Beat ingredients well; spread over cooled cookies.
