2 cans of kidney beans
1 bottle of catalina dressing
8 oz. long horn cheese cubed
1-2 tomatoes cubed
4-6 dill pickles cubed
1 large purple or sweet white onion chopped
1 bag of Fritos

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and rinse the beans. Put the bottle of catalina dressing on top of the beans and
refrigerate about an hour. Add the cheese, tomatoes, onions and pickles.
Can store covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve. When ready to serve, crumble the fritos and put over the bean salad and stir.
