2 tbsp. flour
2 cups creamed corn
½ cup sugar
2 cups milk
2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. melted butter
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325F.

Beat eggs.

In a separate bowl, mix flour and corn.

Add vanilla, sugar, milk, salt, and butter to flour and corn.

Stir in eggs.

Grease a 1-quart pan.

Pour pudding into the casserole dish and sprinkle nutmeg on top.

Place casserole dish in a larger pan of hot water, and set both pans in the oven. Bake for 1½ hours, or until firm.
