1 c. oleo
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. maple flavoring
2 c. brown sugar
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream oleo and sugar. Add beaten eggs. Add sifted dry ingredients. Mix well and and chopped nuts and flavorings. Shape into a roll. Wrap in wax paper, chill well.
Bake 10 minutes at 420 degrees. Cool on rack.
