Pumpkin Bars:

2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
4 eggs
2 cups pumpkin
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar

Pumpkin Bar Topping:

3 ounces cream cheese
¾ stick margarine
1 teaspoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°.

Cream eggs, pumpkin, oil, and sugar together.

Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture.

Bake for 25 minutes in 2 (9 x 13-inch) or 1 (11 x 17-inch pans). (Be sure to grease pans used.)

When cooled, top with topping and cut out bars.

For topping, if cream cheese and margarine are at room temperature, mix with electric mixer — it's easier.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Grandma always made these for us. Now I make them each fall and people always ask me for the recipe. It makes a double batch … so one for yourself and one to give away!
