1/3 cup Hot Milk
1 tsp. Clear Vanilla (does not distort colors)

Mix well together, add desired food coloring, spread on cookies and decorate
as desired. Get as Fancy as you desire!

**Pure white Frosting can be obtained by using " Wilton" White White
Icing Color along with clear vanilla
