1 cup butter, room temperature
⅓ cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 cup pecans, finely chopped
Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, cream butter. Add icing sugar and vanilla. Beat well. Add flour and chopped pecans. Mix until well blended. Chill dough.
Form dough into 1" balls. Shape into crescent shapes. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325º for 12 minutes or until lightly browned. While still warm, roll in icing sugar.
