2 C granulated sugar
1 C butter
1 C Thick Sour Cream
3 eggs
1/8 tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. Baking Soda
4 1/2 C pastry flour (for drop cookies)
Or 6 C flour (for roll out cookies)
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar, beaten eggs and sour cream. Add sifted flour, baking soda and nutmeg. Add chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
Mix well. Drop (or roll & cut). Spread with sugar if making plain sugar cookies.
Bake @ 375 for 8-10 minutes.
(Makes 30 large cookies)
