2 Eggs
1/2 egg shell of water
Dash of salt
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat two eggs well. Add a dash of salt. Fill up half an egg shell with water and add to beaten eggs. Begin adding flour and keep adding until you can roll out dough on a floured board or counter. Dough should be rolled thin. Let rolled out dough sit until partially dried. Sprinkle flour on top then fold in half. Sprinkle flour on half and fold again in the opposite direction. Sprinkle again with flour. Roll dough into a roll and then cut into 1/4 to 1/2 inch wide noodles. Let noodles air dry. Drop into boiling broth to cook.
