2 c. vinegar (white or apple cider)
2 c. hot water
1 c. cooking oil
2 Tbsp. salt

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a food grade spray bottle.
Spray on any skin on chicken cooking over a grill or fire pit. Continue to spray and rotate until golden brown and chicken seems cooked through.

This recipe was used for decades at Grandpa Joe Brown's 4th of July Family Reunion. Grandma Marjorie Brown would make batch after batch to spray on the chicken halves to feed the masses.
