4 C. Flour
1 t. Baking Soda
1 t. Salt
1 ½ C. Unsalted Butter, melted
2 C. Packed Brown Sugar
1 C. White Sugar
2 T. Vanilla Extract
2 - Eggs
2 - Egg Yolks
4 C. Semisweet Chocolate Chips

Preheat the oven to 325º.

Grease cookie sheets or line them with parchment.

In a bowl, sift together the Flour, Baking Soda, and Salt. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, cream together the Melted Butter, Brown Sugar, and White Sugar until well blended. Beat in the Vanilla, Eggs, and Egg Yolks until light and creamy. Mix in the Flour mixture just until blended. Stir in the Chocolate Chips by hand.

Drop the dough by rounded tablespoonful 3" apart on a greased cookie sheet, for large cookies.

Bake for 15 to 17 minutes, or until the edges are lightly browned. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
