1 Tbsp. Yeast
2½ c. Warm Water
⅓ c. Sugar
⅓ c. Shortening
1 tsp Salt
6 c. Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast and water until yeast activates. Then add sugar, shortening, salt, and half of the flour. Mix together until mixture is incorporated. Slowly add remaining flour and mix a few more minutes until dough is thoroughly mixed.

Set aside and let dough double in size. Roll on floured surface and cut to desired size.

Fry in hot oil.
