2 cups of flour ( a little over)
1/2 cup of confectional sugar
1 cup pecan nuts
1/2 lb of softened butter ( 2 sticks)
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 teaspoon of almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix confectionery sugar with nute in a blender on chopped mode. Mix all of the other ingredients in a bowl and shape into balls. Place on an un-greased cookie sheet, then into oven at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. When cooked, roll cookies into the confectionery sugar concoction.
