2/3 c melted coconut oil
1 c coconut sugar
1 egg
1-2 teaspoons vanilla
2 3/4 c almond flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup dairy free chocolate chips or chopped chocolate chunks

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together oil and sugar. Add egg and vanilla and mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, baking soda and salt. Add dry ingredients to the wet and mix until a dough forms. Add chocolate chips/chunks and stir until combined.

Bake on 350 for 7-9 minutes.

Allow to cool for several minutes before removing from cooking sheets
