2 cups butter
2 cups sugar
2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
4 cups flour
5 cups oatmeal, blended to powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
24 oz chocolate chips
8 oz Hershey bar, grated
3 cups chopped pecans

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375º

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla and mixing well between each egg. In a separate bowl, mix together dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips, Hershey bar and pecans. Roll dough into golf ball sized cookies and place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet. Bake for 6 minutes

To make a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie, substitute the chocolate chips and the Hershey bar with white chocolate chips and almond bark. Also sub the pecans with 2 cups macadamia nuts.
