Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Mix together 2 cups warm water
¼ cup white sugar
2 packets dry yeast
Add 1 Tbsp table salt
2 cups white flour.
2 Tbsp salad oil
Beat with electric mixer for 2 minutes
Add 4-6 cups all purpose flour - slowly-
using a large spoon - about 1 cup at a time
Knead for 10 minutes (add flour as needed)
Let rise 20 minutes. Punch down .
Let rise again for 20 minutes
Shape into 2 loaves Let rise maybe 40 min
Bake in 350º oven about 30 minutes, or
until golden brown.

This recipe won the South Dakota State Fair 4-H Demonstration Bread Baking award many years ago!! We used it often during this 'pandemic'.
