4-6 red potatoes
5 hard boiled eggs
6 mini dill pickles, chopped (or sweet)
Miracle Whip
yellow mustard
pickle juice
paprika
salt
pepper
¼ onion, blended

Directions:
Directions:
Chop potatoes into bite sized pieces, boil until fork tender, drain, and chill. In a large bowl, mix Miracle Whip, mustard, pickle juice, onion, salt, and pepper. Grandma didn’t measure so everything to taste. Add chilled potatoes, 4 chopped hard boiled eggs, and the chopped mini pickles. Mix well. Garnish with remaining sliced egg and paprika.
