1 pouch Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie mix
½ cup butter or margarine softened (1 Stick)
¼ mint/peppermint
6 to 8 drops of green food coloring
1 egg
1½ cups of semi sweet chocolate chunks

Preheat oven 350º
In a bowl mix all the ingredients
On a greased cookie sheet make mix into little balls and bake for 8-10 minutes
