10-12 minutes

1 cup butter
1/2 cup icing sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups flour
dash salt
dash baking powder
3/4 cup pecans, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together butter and icing sugar until creamy, add vanilla.
Blend together flour, salt and baking powder.
Add flour mixture to butter mixture blending well.
Add chopped nuts.

Roll into balls and place on cookie sheets. Bake at 375º for 10-12 minutes until firm but not brown. While still warm roll in icing sugar to coat. Cool on wire rack. Let cool and roll in icing sugar again.
