Ingredients:
Chicken
1 – 2 bottles of BBQ Sauce
Flour
Salt
Pepper
Electric Skillet

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Flour and a heavy amount of Salt and Pepper in a Paper bag or large zip lock bag. Turn Electric Skillet on Medium Heat. Pour ½ bottle of BBQ in the Electric Skillet. Toss pieces of chicken a few at a time in flour mixture to coat. Place in BBQ in Electric Skillet. Continue process until all chicken is coated and placed in skillet. Do not stack, this needs to be a single layer. Top with BBQ. I like a lot of BBQ on mine! Cook on Medium heat turning every 10 minutes for around 30 minutes until juices in chicken run clear. Make sure to watch so the BBQ Sauce does not burn.

Personal Notes:
This recipe is more of a process than a recipe. You choose the flavor you want by the BBQ Sauce

You can flavor this any way you want by choosing the type of BBQ sauce you like.
