3 cups flour
1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
1 cup room temperature butter
1 slightly beaten egg
3 tablespoons cream
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sift flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar into a bowl
2. Cut in butter until particles are fine
3. Add the slightly beaten egg, cream, and vanilla
4. Blend all ingredients
5. Chill dough if desired
6. Roll out dough onto floured surface to 1/8" thickness
7. Cut into desired shapes, sprinkle with decorations and bake at 400º for 5 - 8 minutes or until delicately brown, and cool on racks
